Lovely friendly service, very attentive, great ambience. Chef needed guidance to make the omelette at breakfast but they were very good! Very clean and good variety of foods. Concierge & Reception staff all were very helpful too. We were served by Ching at Lutyens Cafe.

Stayed for 7 weeks in April and May in a spacious room. Deal included one buffet meal a day in the Luthien’s restaurant as well as breakfast, access to the outside pool, a gym and laundry service. Was picked up at airport early in the morning and givenn a smooth ride to the hotel. Lobby staff were always helpful and polite and denoted clearly, without fuzz the options when negotiating a longer stay. Staff at the restaurant - Inder, Robin, Kavita and many others - learned my habits and favorite tables which made breakfast always a pleasant experience. The buffet made it easy to have regular meals without hving the same course for two days in a row for at least a couple of weeks. It offers Indian (sometimes tear-inducingly spicy) other Asian an European selection so homesickness was alleviated food-wise. Did not avail myself of room service but room maintenance is impeccable and laundry service prompt and exqusite. One day I came in from the office and found the wooden floor colorfully and beautifully becarpeted. Airconditioning made one long for a woolen base layer tops, but donning the robe over clothes was comfortable. Gym on 2nd floor has all the equipment one knows how to use and then some, all well maintained and kept constantly clean. Everyone can feel comfortable there, from those that just want to arrest inevitable decline of body strength, up to serious fitness regimes. Towels, fluids and fruits complimentary. Locker room contain steam-bath, sauna and a cold-tub as well as staff for assistance. Never used it as the hotel room served locker room purposes. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The best experience ever! Everything about the Claridges is exceptional. From the welcoming to goodbyes. The Duty Manager Vishakha was an angel sent from heaven for every need and request. The breakfast was fantastic, excellent variety. A big thank you to Amit, Kamlesh and Boyibi who made our breakfast even tatier. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants and pre-booking is necessary. However we managed to get tables at thr Indian "Dhaba" and were advised by Bharat and we had a fab time. We tried the Thai which was out of this world. The tapas restaurant was good. Special treat, afternoon tea, you must try the corn pudding Claridges flagship desert. Sadly the spa was undergoing repairs and not available to our tired bodies. Nevertheless the duty manager and the manager made our stay wonderful.
